How do I place an order on the Bravino website?
To place an order, simply visit our official website and explore our watch collections. Once you’ve found your favorite style, click “Add to Cart” and head to checkout. Enter your shipping information, select your preferred payment method, and complete your purchase. After your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
How to modify an order after I've already placed it?
If your order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet, you can contact our customer support team at hello@bravino.ca to request changes—such as updating the shipping address or selecting a different watch color. Please note that once the order has been processed, no further modifications can be made.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request a cancellation by reaching out to our customer support team at hello@bravino.ca. However, if the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our return procedure.
What do I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see the confirmation email, reach out to our customer support team with your order details. It's possible that an incorrect email address was entered during checkout, and we’ll be happy to help update it and confirm your order was processed correctly.

What is Bravino's Return Policy?
If you need to return your order, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we can help you out.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer support team at hello@bravino.ca with your order details and once the refund is approved, you will receive a shipping label via e-mail.
Once the product has been returned, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Accepted returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
My package seems to be lost or delayed, What do I do?
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, start by reviewing the tracking information for updates. If the status hasn’t changed for an extended period, please contact our customer support team. In cases of confirmed lost shipments, your order may qualify for a replacement or refund, pending verification.
Order Status shows as 'Delivered' but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Start by checking with your neighbors, mailbox, or local post office, as the package may have been delivered nearby. If you're still unable to locate it, please reach out to our customer support team to begin an investigation.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to higher than normal order volume, we require up to 48 hours to process your order and 7-14 days to deliver. It may take longer, depending on the carrier.

What to do if my watch arrives damaged or defective?
Contact our customer support at hello@bravino.ca with a video or photos showing the issue. We may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect watch, contact customer support at hello@bravino.ca immediately with photos. We will correct the issue by sending the correct product.
Does Bravino offer a Warranty on its watches?
Yes, all Bravino watches are covered by a 12-month warranty, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects across our entire collection.
